This upper build kit pairs a Bear Creek 7.5 inch 45 ACP barrel with a 7 inch freefloat M-Lok handguard and features a Vertex Enhanced Pistol Caliber billet upper receiver. Designed for compact 45 ACP builds, it includes a KAK Industry 45 ACP compensator and a 750 gas block.
This kit is built for AR-45 lower receivers chambered in 45 ACP. The 1:16 twist rate stabilizes 45 ACP projectiles at pistol velocities, and the 578x28 thread pitch matches 45 ACP muzzle device standards. The Vertex billet upper receiver uses pistol caliber geometry compatible with 45 ACP Colt pattern magazines.
The 7.5 inch barrel uses a pistol length gas system with a 750 gas block positioned for short barrel cycling. The M4 contour balances weight and rigidity in a compact profile. Parkerized finish on the 4150 CrMoV steel provides corrosion resistance and wear protection.
The 7 inch freefloat M-Lok handguard extends nearly to the muzzle device, maximizing accessory mounting space while maintaining a compact overall length.
