The Spriggan AR-15 barrel measures 7.5 inches with an M4 contour profile and a 1:7 twist rate chambered in .223 Wylde, supporting 5.56 NATO as well. The steel is 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium with a phosphate finish. The pistol-length gas system pairs with a 0.750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block in phosphate-finish steel. Thread pitch on the muzzle end is 1-in-2x28, matched to the included manganese phosphate GI birdcage flash hider.

Handguard and Upper Receiver

The 7-inch Guntec Airlite Series Honeycomb M-Lok handguard is built from 6061-T6 aluminum with a purple anodize finish that carries the Lightshow color scheme across the front end of the build. The freefloat M-Lok interface provides a clean exterior surface with broad compatibility for accessories and panels. The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramps, consistent with standard AR-15 lower receiver fitment.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete bolt carrier group uses a 9310 alloy steel bolt head and an 8620 alloy steel body, both finished in nitride. The bolt carrier group is compatible with .223 Wylde, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec aluminum charging handle carries an anodized finish and pairs with the upper receiver and bolt carrier group to complete the operating component set.

Brace and Buffer System

The Gauntlet Arms polymer stabilizing brace in black covers the rear end of the pistol configuration. The heavy-duty pistol buffer tube pairs with a standard carbine recoil buffer at 3 oz., a recoil spring, a mil-spec receiver end plate in phosphate finish, and a castle nut to round out the buffer system components. The lower parts kit covers the internal lower receiver hardware needed for lower completion outside the serialized receiver itself.
