Caliber:
The 9x19 Or 9mm Caliber Is One Of The Most Popular Calibers Available. It's Versatile, Low Recoil, And Is Suited For A Lot Of Different Scenarios. It's A Highly Popular Self Defense Round, Range Round, Handgun Round, And Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) Round. With This Upper Build Kit, Your Rifle Will Look Good, Feel Good, And Your Recoil Will Be Very Manageable.
Upper:
This Build Features The "Vertex" Pistol AR-15 Caliber Billet Upper Receiver. The Vertex Upper Is Machined Out Of A Single Block Of 7075 T6 Billet Aluminum In Order To Create Its Intricate Lines And Angles And Finished With A Hard Coat Black Anodization. The Vertex Upper Was Designed To Be Used With Pistol Calibers Specifically And As A Result Doesn't Have A Dust Door Or Forward Assist. This Was Done To Save Weight As Well Improve Functionality And Reliability By Focusing On A Simple Design That Has Fewer Moving Parts And Therefore Fewer Parts That Can Break, All The While Not Compromising On Strength And Durability. This Upper Will Fit On A Traditional Mil-spec Lower Receiver Or A Pistol Caliber Specific Lower Receiver.
Barrel:
Included Is A 16.5" Barrel From ELD Performance Chambered In 9MM. Made From 4150 CMV QPQ Nitride With A Nitride Finish, This Barrel Has 1-10 Twist Rate With A 1/2x36 Thread Pitch. This Barrel Also Has A Medium Profile.
Handguard:
This Upper Includes A 15" Premium M-Lok Handguard From Guntec. This Handguard Allows You To Comfortably Grip Your Rifle In A Variety Of Shooting Positions And Securely Mount A Variety Of Accessories.
Muzzle Device:
Recoil Technologies 9mm 1/2x36 TPI Linear Muzzle Brake Nitride Made In The USA. This Muzzle Break Directs All Of The Muzzle Blast Forward Reducing The Noise Away From The Shooters Ears Increasing Shooting Comfort.
