The barrel is constructed from durable steel, finished with a nitride coating for enhanced corrosion resistance, and is threaded with a 5/8x24 pitch. It employs a pistol-length gas system with a micro low-profile gas block. This upper is paired with an AR-15 upper receiver made of 7075 T6 aluminum, anodized for added durability.
The 7-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard allows for versatile accessory attachment, while the partial Picatinny rail provides additional mounting options. The assembly includes a mil-spec anodized charging handle and a complete bolt carrier group made from 9310 alloy steel, finished in nitride. A "Pershing" steel flash can muzzle device directs gas forward and minimizes flash signature.
