Barrel and Gas System

The 11.5-inch barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO and constructed from 4150 CrMoV steel with a government profile and a 1:7 twist rate. The phosphate finish covers the full barrel surface in a matte black corrosion-resistant coat. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and includes a GI birdcage flash hider. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a micro low-profile gas block at .750 O.D., a separate component positioned beneath the handguard on the barrel.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramp compatibility. The 10-inch tubular M-Lok aluminum handguard provides M-Lok slot access along its length for accessory mounting without contact with the barrel or gas system components.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete bolt carrier group uses a 9310 alloy steel bolt with a nitride finish, compatible with 5.56, .223, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The included mil-spec AR-15 M4 charging handle meets mil-spec dimensional standards for use with the upper receiver included in this kit.
