Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch HBAR barrel is constructed from 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:8 twist rate. The barrel is chambered in .300 Blackout with a pistol-length gas system and a 5-8x24 thread pitch. The micro low-profile gas block has a .750-inch outer diameter and is constructed from steel. The gas block is a separate component and is not part of the handguard.

Handguard and Upper Receiver

The 10-inch tubular M-Lok handguard is constructed from aluminum in black. The tubular profile provides M-Lok attachment points along the handguard body for accessory mounting. The AR-15 upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish.

Muzzle Device

The included muzzle device is an AR-15 and AR-10 GI birdcage flash hider with a manganese phosphate finish. The thread pitch is 5-8x24, matching the barrel thread pitch on this kit.
