Fortis Charging Handle

The Fortis Hammer charging handle stays true to our brand.  We engineer, design, & develop military-grade accessories that look good and function great.  Tested and evaluated by industry professionals, then put to the test by people in the military and law enforcement community.  We continuously refined our design and came up with the Hammer. So charge your rifle, drop the Hammer, and go! 

FEATURES:
Machined from 7075 T6 Billet aluminum 
The aggressive serrations on the latch support use with either shooting gloves or without 
Redesigned the back stop for the latch, so stress is taken off the roll pin 
Finished in Black Andozied: Rockwell hardness - 45C, low co-efficient of friction, excellent lubricity characteristics 

*Do not slam the bolt closed when there is no barrel attached. This could damage your charging handle and warranty may not apply. 

 **The finish isn't a true black anodized color.  It's a nickel anodization and has metallic grey properties.  We believe it to be darker than gunmetal grey, yet not a true black.

Strike Industries Ambidextrous Magazine Release drops into any receiver designed to accept a mil-spec magazine catch. Low profile, and ergonomically designed, the mag-catch integrates with most receivers while being very easy to use and will not accidentally activate or interfere with other controls. The package also includes Strike Industries enhanced Strike Magazine Release button and spring for a complete drop-in upgrade. For "wrong-handed" folks or for those that just want more options, the Strike Ambi-Mag Release is the perfect component to have.

Options. Most would prefer to have more than one. Sometimes it's necessity, sometimes it's a preference. Or for emergencies, it's peace of mind knowing you always have another option.
