Davidson Defense Stripped Upper with M4 Feedramps - 7075 T6 Aluminum
Upper Receivers mount and house the barrel, handguard, and gas system in an AR-15 or LR-308/AR-10. Mil-Spec upper receivers are made to 'Military Specification' and are meant to either match or exceed the military requirements imposed onto the design for its service rifles. Featuring a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail section on the top for mounting Optics and Iron Sights and has a Standard Milled Forward Assist section.

Material: 7075-T6 Aluminum - 7075-T6 Aluminum is a high-strength alloy metal with great ductility, toughness, and resistance against fatigue. 7075-T6 was standardized for use in Aerospace equipment and aircraft. The Suffix T6 is a temperament treatment to increase the overall toughness and strength of the Aluminum. 7075-T6 Aluminum was chosen for the AR-15 platform for its ease of manufacturing, lightweight properties, and strength.
Style: Mil-Spec - Mil-Spec is the standard for the United States Military for reliability, commonality, reduced cost, and meeting the requirements of a service rifle. 'Mil-Spec' is the essential technical requirement for military-unique materiel or substantially modified commercial items.
Finish: Anodized - This upper receiver is anodized, this process increases the thickness and hardness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of the metal parts. This increases the corrosion and wear resistance of the Upper Receiver.
Caliber Compatibility: This upper receiver will work with standard rifle cartridges such as .223 Remington,5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, 6.5 Grendel, 7.62x39, 9mm Luger, and .350 Legend. This will also work with 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbines.
Top Section: Flat Top Rail - This upper receiver features a full 1913 Picatinny rail for the additional Optics installation and Iron Sight installation.
Anti-Rotation Tab Compatibility: This upper receiver will allow the installation of handguards with anti-rotation tabs incorporated into their design.

Recoil Technologies AR-15 Ejection Port Door, Rod, and Spring
Dust Doors on the AR-15 / M16 platform are a barrier between the action and the elements, under constant spring pressure, the action of the bolt carrier reciprocating or being manually cycled the dust door will open up allowing ejection out of the door. During travel, the dust door can be closed and held in place with a captive detent holding it against a groove cutout in the upper receiver. Typically made from the same grade of aluminum that the upper receiver is made from, dust doors are a great way to protect the internals of your build!
