Barrel and Handguard

The 5-inch BC-9 barrel is constructed from 4150 CrMoV steel in a slim profile with a phosphate finish and a 1-in-10 twist rate. The thread pitch is 1-in-2x36, corresponding to the included 9MM flash can with a phosphate finish. The 7-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is made from aircraft-grade aluminum in black and keeps the handguard clear of the barrel along its full length. This kit is blowback-operated and does not use a traditional gas system.

Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier Group

The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. The 9MM bolt carrier group is made from 8620 alloy steel with a nitride finish and features an external extractor compatible with both Glock and Colt magazines. The included AR-15 M4 mil-spec charging handle pairs directly with the upper receiver and bolt carrier group.

Gauntlet Arms Stabilizing Brace and Buffer System

The Gauntlet Arms high-strength polymer stabilizing brace in black is included as the brace option for this pistol configuration. The heavy duty aluminum pistol buffer tube pairs with the brace for AR-15 and AR-style pistol configurations. The kit also includes a 5.5 oz buffer, a recoil spring, an end plate, and a castle nut.
