The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The muzzle is threaded at 1-in-2x28 and pairs with the included phosphate GI birdcage flash hider. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block in steel, positioned beneath the handguard.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. The 10-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum in black, providing a clean forend with M-Lok accessory slots along its surface. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit with a 9310 alloy steel bolt and an 8620 alloy steel body, finished in nitride. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.

Gauntlet Arms Brace and Buffer System

The Gauntlet Arms pistol stabilizing brace is high-strength polymer in black and pairs with the included heavy duty pistol buffer tube. The 3 oz carbine buffer, carbine recoil spring, mil-spec receiver end plate, and lower parts kit cover the core lower completion components outside the serialized lower receiver.
