Harris Styled bipods were first created in the early 1960s and immediately skyrocketed to popularity, and for good reason. Harris style bipods quickly deploy and the simple and robust designs only add to the durability of the design. The user can easily adjust the height because of the spring loaded legs and simple push button.
About This Bipod: This Bipod has a modular mounting system that includes all of the hardware and tools needed for mounting it on to the picatinny rails of your handguards. This bipod has spring loaded notched legs for quick deployment at many different lengths. The legs adjust to lengths from 8.5 to 11.0 inches. Spring loaded steel talons can be deployed onto loose dirt and vegetation for more traction. This bipod has rubber feet that also provides traction on both hard and smooth surfaces. Made of aluminum and steel construction, this bipod was made to last.
Mounting Options: Picatinny / Weaver - This bipod is designed to be mounted on either 1913 Picatinny or Weaver-type rails. Picatinny or Weaver rails are a tried and true system most commonly utilized in more heavy-duty applications and are a great option for using both light and heavy equipment.
Spring Deploy - This Bipod Uses a Spring Deploy System to quickly assist deploying the legs into a downward position & implements a mechanical tension system to ensure the bipod is engaged into either a deployed or retracted state.
