The Doru is a .223 Wylde AR-15 Complete Upper built around a 16-inch carbine-length gas platform. The kit centers on a 16-inch straight profile 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel with a black nitride finish, 1:8 twist rate, and 1/2x28 thread pitch, paired with an A2 birdcage flash hider and a black crush washer. A micro low-profile steel gas block at 0.750 diameter and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube are included on the front end. The 7075-T6 aluminum anodized upper receiver features M4 feed ramps, an ejection port door assembly, and a forward assist, paired with a 15-inch M-LOK Slant-Pro freefloat handguard featuring built-in QD mounts, a flat top rail, a quad rail front section, anti-rotation tabs, and oblong lightening cuts in a Series A design.
