The 7075-T6 aluminum anodized black upper receiver features M4 feed ramps, an ejection port door with rod and spring, and a forward assist assembly, paired with a 4.2-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in 7075-T6 aluminum with a black finish, a full-length Picatinny top rail, and an integrated hand stop. A complete AR-9 blowback bolt carrier group in 8620 alloy steel with a nitride finish and an external extractor, compatible with Glock and Colt pattern magazines, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit with an A2 polymer grip, a heavy-duty Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube, an AR-15 9mm carbine buffer, a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec M16 style receiver end plate, and a castle nut.
