The Dust Devil Full Build Kit is built around a 10.5-inch 5.56 NATO Bear Creek Arsenal barrel with a carbine-length gas system and a fixed M4-style front sight base, paired with a 6061 billet slick-side A1 carry handle upper receiver, a complete BCG, charging handle, and SB Tactical SBA3 pistol stabilizing brace. Lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch Bear Creek Arsenal barrel is built in an M4 profile from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Parkerized finish and a 1:8 twist rate suited to 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It runs a carbine-length gas system through a stainless steel gas tube, and it's built with a fixed M4-style front sight base that includes a front sling attachment point. The muzzle carries an A2 Birdcage flash hider.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a 6061 billet, slick-side unit with a fixed A1 carry handle, machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black anodizing, and it includes a 6-piece A1 rear sight combo along with the ejection port door, rod, and spring. This upper is in a slick-side configuration, meaning the forward assist is not included. It's paired with a carbine-length drop-in M-LOK handguard finished in Flat Dark Earth.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit, along with the carbine castle nut, mil-spec receiver end plate, and a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard AR-15 carbine recoil buffer with a mil-spec heavy-duty six-position carbine buffer tube.

Brace

An SB Tactical SBA3 pistol stabilizing brace in black is included, mounted to the mil-spec carbine buffer tube used in this build.
