This is an AR-15 pistol full build kit chambered in 5.56 NATO, centered on a 10.5-inch Sandel profile cryogenically treated steel barrel with a phosphate finish, a 1-8 twist rate, and a carbine-length gas system. The 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver with a black anodized finish, M4 feed ramps, a Mil-Spec forward assist, and a .223 and 5.56 ejection port door assembly with rod and spring anchors the front end. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 complete the gas system, and the 10-inch freefloat tubular aluminum M-LOK handguard with a suppressor ready profile and a 1.77-inch internal diameter covers the forend. An A2 GI Birdcage flash hider in 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. A complete AR-15 bolt carrier group made in the USA compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 AAC Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. Upper Assembly

The 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver with a black anodized finish and M4 feed ramps forms the core of the front end, with a Mil-Spec forward assist and a .223 and 5.56 ejection port door assembly with rod and spring built in. The 10.5-inch Sandel profile cryogenically treated steel barrel brings a phosphate finish and a 1-8 twist rate to the 5.56 NATO chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. The cryogenic treatment is applied to the barrel steel as a process that addresses stress and grain structure within the metal, and the Sandel profile gives the barrel a distinctive exterior shape. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 run a carbine-length gas system along the 10.5-inch barrel. The 10-inch freefloat tubular aluminum M-LOK handguard surrounds the barrel and gas system along the forend with a suppressor ready profile featuring a 1.77-inch internal diameter that provides clearance for a compatible short suppressor mounted at the muzzle end of the barrel underneath the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete AR-15 bolt carrier group is made in the USA and compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 AAC Blackout, and .350 Legend. The Mil-Spec M4 charging handle pairs with the BCG inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Muzzle Device

The A2 GI Birdcage flash hider threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel. The included black 1-2-inch crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs. The Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., and standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA form the buffer system at the rear of the lower. The Mil-Spec AR-15 M16 receiver end plate and Mil-Spec AR-15 carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver. The Magpul BTR pistol brace in black fits directly over the Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube and closes out the rear end of the build with a well-regarded Magpul brace design that pairs cleanly with the included buffer tube.
