This is an AR-45 pistol full build kit chambered in .45 ACP, centered on a Bear Creek Arsenal 7.5-inch M4 contour 4150 CMV steel barrel with a Parkerized finish, a 1-16 twist rate, and a direct blowback system with no gas tube or gas block. The 6061 aluminum PCC AR-15 billet upper receiver with a black anodized finish anchors the front end. The 7-inch tubular freefloat M-LOK handguard in black anodized aluminum with a proprietary barrel nut and a 1.77-inch internal diameter for suppressor compatibility covers the forend. The barrel is threaded at .578x28. A PCC AR black nitride steel bolt assembly compatible with .45 ACP and a black anodized aluminum Mil-Spec charging handle complete the upper side. The lower completion package covers a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a heavy-duty black steel pistol buffer tube for AR-15 and AR style pistols, an 8 oz. PCC heavy buffer, a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 carbine castle nut. Upper Assembly

The 6061 aluminum PCC AR-15 billet upper receiver with a black anodized finish forms the core of the front end for the AR-45 platform. The Bear Creek Arsenal 7.5-inch M4 contour 4150 CMV steel barrel brings a Parkerized finish and a 1-16 twist rate to the .45 ACP chamber, threaded at .578x28. This upper operates on a direct blowback system, meaning there is no gas tube or gas block present or required. The 7-inch tubular freefloat M-LOK handguard in black anodized aluminum surrounds the barrel along the compact forend with a 1.77-inch internal diameter that provides clearance for suppressor use when a suppressor is threaded onto the barrel. The handguard uses a proprietary barrel nut for attachment and features M-LOK slots along the handguard body for accessory attachment.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The PCC AR bolt assembly in black nitride steel is the platform-correct bolt assembly for the .45 ACP AR-45 blowback build. The black anodized aluminum Mil-Spec charging handle pairs with the bolt assembly inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs. The heavy-duty black steel pistol buffer tube, 8 oz. PCC heavy buffer, and standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring form the buffer system at the rear of the lower, matched to the pistol platform. The Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate and Mil-Spec AR-15 carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver. The Gauntlet Arms black high-strength polymer stabilizing brace fits over the pistol buffer tube and closes out the rear end of the build with a fixed profile and an integrated sling loop for sling attachment without additional hardware.
