The Concord SBR Ready Full Build Kit is built around a 7.5-inch 10mm Auto barrel with an M4 contour, paired with a 6061 aluminum pistol-caliber AR-15 billet upper receiver. It pairs a 7-inch free-float M-LOK handguard with an integrated hand stop and a 10mm/.40 S&W A2 birdcage flash hider at the muzzle. It runs on a blowback operating system. A PCC bolt assembly, Mil-Spec charging handle, complete Lower Parts Kit, and buffer-system components are all included. The lower receiver is not included, and this SBR Ready version ships without a brace.

Barrel and Muzzle Device

The barrel runs 7.5 inches long, chambered in 10mm Auto and built from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Parkerized finish and M4 contour. It carries a 1:16 twist rate and a 9/16x24 muzzle thread. At the muzzle sits an A2 birdcage flash hider rated for both 10mm and .40 S&W, threaded to match the barrel's 9/16x24 pattern and secured with the included 5/8-inch black crush washer.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a 6061 aluminum billet unit built for the pistol-caliber AR-15 platform. Over the barrel sits a 7-inch free-float handguard finished in black, using an M-LOK attachment system with an integrated hand stop.

Bolt Assembly and Charging Handle

The bolt assembly is a PCC AR unit built for compatibility with both 10mm Auto and .40 S&W. A Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle rounds out the upper's operating components.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

A complete Mil-Spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit covers the fire-control and lower-control internals needed once a lower receiver is on hand. Behind it sits a Mil-Spec heavy-duty six-position buffer tube, holding a heavy 9mm-style buffer weighing 18 ounces and finished in black, along with a standard USA-made recoil spring.

This Concord kit is configured as SBR Ready, which means it ships without a brace so the buyer can select their own final setup. The included component list above reflects exactly what ships with this kit, and it should be reviewed as supplied when planning the completed build.
