The 6061 AR-15 slick side billet upper receiver made in the USA with an anti-rotation handguard cutout anchors the front end. The Ace Series 4-inch freefloat aluminum M-LOK handguard in black covers the compact forend. A Pershing steel flash can at 5-8x24 closes out the muzzle end. A complete PCC AR bolt assembly for 10mm and .40 S-W and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The slick side exterior profile omits the forward assist from the receiver body. The 5.5-inch heavy profile 10mm barrel brings a black nitride finish and a 1-16 twist rate to the 10mm Auto chamber, threaded at 5-8x24. The Ace Series 4-inch freefloat aluminum M-LOK handguard in black surrounds the barrel along the compact forend with M-LOK slots along the handguard body for accessory attachment.

Bolt Assembly and Charging Handle

The complete PCC AR bolt assembly for 10mm and .40 S-W is a purpose-built pistol caliber bolt assembly specific to the 10mm and .40 S-W blowback AR platform, distinct from a standard 5.56 bolt carrier group. The Mil-Spec M4 charging handle pairs with the bolt assembly inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Muzzle Device

The Pershing steel flash can threads onto the 5-8x24 muzzle end of the barrel and closes out the front of this compact pistol-length upper with a flash can profile suited to the 10mm bore diameter at this thread pitch. The included black 5-8-inch crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs.
