The bolt carrier group uses a 9310 alloy steel bolt head and an 8620 alloy steel body, both with a nitride finish. The charging handle is aluminum with an anodized finish. Together, the bolt carrier group and charging handle round out the upper side parts set for an AR-15 using a direct impingement gas system.
