The Charging Handle on the AR-15 is a simple latching design that indexes with the gas key on your bolt carrier group, this allows you to charge your rifle, eject and feed rounds manually.
About this Charging Handle: The Aero Precision AR-15 Ambidextrous Charging Handle offers more adaptable operation of the rifle in a variety of shooting positions regardless of the dominant hand! This rugged handle is precision machined from high strength 7075-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized for exceptionally long service life.
Ambidextrous: This AR-15 charging handle can be manipulated from both sides, improving ergonomics for both left and right-handed shooters.
Latch Style: Extended Paddle - This charging handle uses an extended paddle, this allows the user to positively engage with the charging handle latch without having it extended beyond the width of the upper receiver.
Platform: This charging handle is designed for the AR-15 platform. This will not work on the LR-308 platform.
